Consisting of a 5K run and 1-mile walk, the Bill Degnan Friendship 5K is back again for its 25th race. With the subtitle “Faith in Human Spirit” – a nod to popular and much missed Coach Bill Degnan – this is number 8 in the championship runs held by the Seashore Strider club. Things kick off at 7.30am from the Cape Henlopen High School.
Great location close to the beach and historical sights. Friendly staff, nice pool and very clean. The ground were beautiful with all the gardens.
